Create a scheme that encourages those receiving state benefits to litter pick

Petition Details

As we know from recent media attention, litter is blighting our country and wildlife, and the only way to clear it up is to pick it up. The scheme would not only do this, but also give participants a sense of achievement and responsibility, perhaps encouraged by a reward.

Additional Information

Further consideration should be made for the armed forces, whilst not engaged in military action, to contribute manpower to the scheme.
