End the deportation and detention of lawfully present commonwealth citizens.
Commonwealth citizens who have lived in the UK most of their adult lives are being detained, deported, denied access to healthcare or benefits, despite being lawfully present, working having family and paying tax here. The Home Office should assume people are lawfully present until proven otherwise.
