Petition Action

Apologise to Miss Southern, and ensure that blasphemy laws never arise in the UK

Petition Details

Canadian, Common-Wealth citizen Lauren Southern was flagged at Calais for being a potential “alt-right” terrorist suspect. Miss Southern has denounced the alt-right numerous times. She was questioned on her Christianity, and was asked on her opinion on driving cars into people, specifically Muslims.

Additional Information

Lauren Southern was detained under Schedule 7 of the U.K. terrorist act due to an incident that occurred in Luton. Vice published an article stating “Was Jesus Gay?” No action was taken by the Government against Vice, rightfully so. However when Lauren handed out flyers in Luton claiming “Allah is a gay God”. This resulted in the police being dispatched and the social experiment shut down. No charges were made against Miss Southern. However months later she was banned from the U.K. at entry.
