declare opposition to free speech defined by the us constitution as hate speech
declare opposition to free speech defined by the us constitution as hate speech. any opposition to free speech as set out in legal precedent to the first amendment of the USA is highly offensive to all free peoples and should be seen as hate speech under uk law.
'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.'

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions that call on the UK Government or Parliament to act. Your petition seems to be about laws in the USA.
