Petition Action

No more anti-Russia action until international treaties met/evidence collated

Petition Details

In light of nerve agent attack on former spy, it is important to pinpoint the real culprit to effectively take action. This should be done by obliging to international treaties and presenting meaningful evidence to parliament before further action is taken for justice.

Additional Information

This action will preserve international relations and prevent escalating tensions with Russia. In following rule of law and treaties the UK will set an example to the world that international treaties hold meaning and are binding.

With evidence, presented to parliament, after treaties have been met, will allow a well informed decision in action which would avoid future complications, like those implicit with Iraq and WMDs.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
