Government funding for the partially impaired cahrities
Partially impaired is a more polite of saying blind people because not all people are 100% blind.
Charities look after partially impaired people are not funded by the government even though they are sometimes the only charity in the area. This doesn't help with all the high prices for equipment. Being paritally impaired isn't easy you have to recover emotionally and physically.
