Lower costs for partially impaired equipment
partially impaired is more polite of saying blind people because not all people are 100% blind .
partailly impaired people are having troubles with the prices of the equipment becase they are so high e.g.
talking watches £59.99 and a talking computer software costs around £200. This is a serious matter.
