Make parents pay - CMS abolish nil payment rewards to stop Non paying parents
For years my ex has been awarded nil payment, I have always provided for my children ...my ex has declared no job so doesn't have to pay any maintenance or pay his arrears. Whilst running multiple business with his wife. So easy for him and others to escape paying for their responsibilities.
