fully paid pension contributions to be classed as a personal asset
If death occurs before retirement date all Contributions paid into your pension
...are lost.
As an asset the contributions paid in could be included in your will...and left for your next of kin.
The pension age has changed to 66 for people born in the 50's
but what happens to all the contributions paid in if you die before the age of 66?
All Monies paid in should be considered an asset within your estate.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
