Change the 2018 FA Cup semi final venue to a neutral ground for Man Utd v Spurs.
FA Cup semi final matches historically get played at netural grounds. More recently Wembley host these games.
Whilst their new stadium is being developed Tottenham Hotspur's home ground is Wembley. This will give them home advantage when they play Man Utd.
The game should be played elsewhere.
