IT Outsourcing destroying generation of UK Talent

Additional Information

IT departments throughout industry are largely filled with offshore resources due to outsourcing to countries such as India.
It is debatable whether this approach reduces costs.
What is not debatable is that we are losing a generation of young talent who would previously entered the IT profession.
The government must act quickly to encourage young British IT talent back into this industry.
