Shut down all puppy farms and make them illegal
Puppy farms are huge and because of the amount of births on these farms, many puppies develop irreversible and in some cases deadly diseases due to lack of care and responsibility from the farm owner. They do not care about the lives of puppies; they just want the money which is wrong
