Petition Action

Ban Fireworks sales to the general public

Additional Information

After reading about the firework thrown at a pensioner in Scotland, (BBC website 4/11/11) It is time to ban the sale of fireworks to the general public and only allow purchases to be made by authorised organisations that hold a permit.
If it is illegal to carry a knife or firearms then why is it still legal to purchase explosives?
