Amend Hate Speech Laws

Petition Details

"Hate Crime is any criminal offence [...] which is perceived to be motivated by hostility or prejudice." Law enforcement will find it difficult to fully determine the motivations behind the speech or actions. As such, the law should be changed to "proven to be motivated by" to avoid ambiguity.
