New British passport needs to be made in Britain.
The British passport is the document that proves of our British identity and we should be proud of this and our heritage and ensure it is made in Britain surely?
We should have it stamped on the front "Proudly Made in Britain". Getting it made anywhere else is just unpatriotic.
Other European countries employ protectionist policies to protect their own jobs and skills, for the British passport so should we.
The French government protected the manufacture of their own passport so we need to do the same for ours.
Whoever has placed this order for passports with a French company clearly does not understand the sentiment and strength of feeling that was behind the Brexit vote and this decision is mocking all those people who voted for Brexit.
