Allow menthol cigarettes to remain legal
EU legislation proposes that menthol cigarettes will be banned from 2020, a year after we leave the EU. We believe that menthol cigarettes should remain legal in the UK.

This is an EU law. You could start a new petition asking for the UK Government to work with other EU member states to change the TPD, and/or to change UK law on tobacco products after the UK leaves the EU.
