Ban the use of bright headlights on cars.
An RAC survey found that drivers are being temporarily blinded.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We are not sure what you mean by "bright headlights" or what cars this ban would apply to.
You could start a new petition calling on the Government to set a maximum brightness for headlights on new cars if that is something you would like to see happen.
