That Parliament debates the disparity between EU Membership and British Law.

Petition Details

When Britain was signed up for the EEC and subsequently the EU without its express permission, it was done so in contravention of British Law and the Constitution.

In particular, the Britons right to self determination and that the status of the Monarch are never impugned.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure what you'd like the debate to be about.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
