Lift the IVF / Fertility ban in Staffordshire Moorlands Primary Care Trust

Additional Information

We want the Government to stop the postcode lottery for IVF and other Fertility Programmes in the Staffordshire Moorlands. The Primary Care Trust will not even fund the most basic of drugs like Clomid, we the undersigned do not find this acceptable.
