Only give Council Housing / Social housing to working people

Additional Information

We need to end the work shy culture. Too many people obtain council housing by just saying they are homeless and then they never work once given a property. We need to put workers first so they get rewarded with council houses, none workers can live in bedsits. This will give children growing up asperations as they will see their familiy working instead of smoking dope and playing computer games.
