Start charging for non-emergencies in A & E across the U.K

Petition Details

There are too many people wasting Doctors time & resources in
A & E Departments across the U.K. I think these non-emergencies should be charged for time wasting when these people could have gone to their GP or pharmacist to get sorted. The monies collected should then be put back into the system.
