Revise and implement strategies to improve the quality of life for care leavers
From foster care to independence, the support care leavers receive is automatically reduced, and their voice is no longer heard. This makes it increasingly difficult for care leavers to progress into adulthood, compared to young people who grew up with their birth parents.
This needs to change.
