no christmas advertisng before november 20th

Additional Information

I believe that there should be no christmas advertising before november the 20th each year, this is because otherwise we will soon have christmas related adverts not only in october as we do but in september as well. I want the goverment to put a ban on christmas related advertising before 20th november each year
