Don't allow councils to use private companies as Civil Enforcement Officers

Petition Details

Councils are subcontracting their Enforcement Officers to private companies. It has been highlighted in the news and in a damning panorama report, private companies are out for profit and cannot make the right moral decisions. These powers need to remain with local council Civil Enforcement Officers
