Equal opportunities in the workplace
A person's race, gender, disability or any other demographic should not have any affect on whether a person is employed by a company. Opportunities for applying and getting into jobs should be equal, unlike what the current law 'positive action' states. The best person applying for the job should get it, whatever their demographic maybe be.
