Prosecute drivers that hit or kill horses on the roads, bring a new law in
We want a new law prosecuting drivers that hit or have caused damage to a horse while riding on the roads. At present there is no law protecting horses on the roads, Dangerous driving is not working leaving dead horses and NO prosecutions, i want to change how horses are seen on the roads in law
