Party promises made in the run up to election should be kept or not promised
Government parties in the run up to election time make certain promises to sway voters in their favour.
They should be made to keep the promises they make because voters choose which government they want based upon these promises and for the parties to not then deliver if they achieve power based upon the promises they made to the public is effectively conning the public and tarnishes the governments reputation. If you can not guarantee the promises, do not make it. Its that simple. Deliver on your promises or do not make them.
