Using hazard warning lights in fog

A law to make it mandatory to use hazard warning lights in fog. This has proved very effective in other countries at reducing speeds and therefore accidents caused by fast driving in fog. It increases visibility and reduce danger of collision and it automatically makes drivers more cautious.
