Create a UK disabled/pensioner's bus pass that works across the whole UK.

Petition Details

Create a bus pass, like in Scotland/England/Wales where disabled and elderly people can travel for free but make it so that it works across the whole UK, not cutting out at a certain place because it's in a different part of the UK or not working because you are not in the country your you live in.

Additional Information

For example a bus pass from Scotland not working in England/Wales or Vice Versa. A whole UK one instead or as well as so it works everywhere and borders aren't an issue.
