ban fireworks. unless on nov 5th, and december 31st, and after 11pm on 5th november
this is a petition to make the use of fireworks after 11pm on 5th november illegal
and also the use of fireworks on dates other than 5th november and december 31st
fireworks are fun for all the family except when they are used on dates other than 5th november and 31st december
and especialy after 11pm at night when people decide to let them off until the early hours of the morning
