The equality act 2010 is a wonderful piece of legislation that protects people from discrimination.

Additional Information

If you've ever been treated unfairly due to your disability, age, race or gender, it is there to protect you but what happens when someone or a company does it and refuses to change? Nothing a lot of the time and it's not right! People and companies need to be educated on the equality act and make reasonable adjustments where necessary.
