Give siblings the right to see their parents over & above the power of attorney
Give the right to siblings to visit parents so to check power of attorney is given the right care and looking after the parent in a proper and satisfactory way
I myself is in a situation where my brother is a power of attorney and is refusing me to see my mother I was tipped of that she was being neglected and she was days from death even a police officer said my mother has given up and let her go I managed to get a doctor to her she is still here with us but am still being block from seeing her a court case would cost thousands that I haven't got
