Driving Age - 16!

Additional Information

The driving age for a car should be lowered to 16. In the USA it is 15. This is the age when most students are leaving education and they are looking for jobs. This could help with the economy with more people buying cars and road tax etc... You should keep all the same rules as the current driving age of 17 just the age number.
