Apply a Financial Transaction Tax implementing this tax World Wide through agreement with the G8.
This tax would be collected and deposited in the IMF and used to strengthen worldwide recovery through sensible allocation of debt relief.
The Government to sponsor this proposal through the G8 and manage its implementation.
