With the increasing number of unmarked dangerous defects in our road surfaces nationwide, there is no guidance in the Highway Code regarding a safe approach. Does one brake sharply, swerve, or proceed over the defect rendering your vehicle or motorcycle uncontrollable and potentially damaged?
