Make it illegal for cyclists to overtake on the nearside of traffic

Petition Details

There have recently been several cyclist deaths due to traffic turning left and not seeing the cyclist. This is a preventable by stopping cyclists from coming up the nearside of vehicles.
Stopping this behaviour will save lives.
