Give new fathers more paternity leave.
Change to give one month's leave at full pay in the first three months then a second month at full pay after six months but in the first year.
As a new father i was given two Weeks paternity leave at full pay. I personally chose to extend it at my own cost, but this was a stretch on finances. I personally feel this is not enough, as it is a very special but exhausting time for both parents, and the father should be able to support his wife at home for a longer period of time.
