Put Altruism before Narcissism. Reward charity more than self interest.
Our society's culture promotes selfishness, greed and insular existence. We pay finance industry employees so much more than those who put themselves at risk for our safety. We need to start by looking at the pay and conditions of Nurses, Teachers, Fire, Police, Ambulance, and Doctors.
