Government should ensure coastal communities are safeguarded from erosion.
Since January 2018 there have been numerous landslides which have resulted in tonnes of cliffside falling into the sea at Blue Anchor Bay.This is only one instance of our heritage being eroded by not only the sea but more importantly lack of funding from LAs and central government.
The Environment Agency and local MP for the area in which the Blue Anchor Inn is situated have visited the site. The BBC and local press have reported the concerns.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We understand that you're concerned about the impact of soil erosion on coastal communities, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
