Amend the Wildlife & Countryside act (1981) and relevant acts in Scotland.
Amendments are needed to the Wildlife and Countryside act (1981) to prevent the unnecessary suffering of Grey Squirrels and to allow the re-release of rehabilitated or accidentally trapped Grey Squirrels which has no significant effect on population numbers.
