Create an actual deterrent for those using a mobile phone whilst driving.
I see far too many drivers using mobiles still, we need to make the law something people fear, points and a fine do not seem to be doing it as I still see this daily, I propose the law be changed so those caught using a mobile whilst driving have the device confiscated and shredded.
