Make St Georges Day a Bank Holiday!
St Georges Day is England's Patriotic Day, whether we are born in England or from a different community, St Georges Day should be a day where we all come together to celebrate our English Heritage and traditions, a day where all the hard-workers can spend a day celebrating the heart of England.
Many countries across their world have their Patriots Day off, Canada have an upcoming Bank Holiday to celebrate St George. Ireland have St Patricks Day off since 1903 and there has already been support for making this a Bank Holiday shown by the popularity to Labour's manifesto. I will deliver this petition directly to the Rt. Hon. Mrs Theresa May.
