Seat Provision on Trains

Additional Information

Train operators should be legally obliged to provide seating on trains for all ticket holders.

If there are no standard class seats they should be forced to open first class to holders of standard class tickets.

If this is full and people are forced to stand then they should be refunded the price of their ticket. This should be in the form of a cheque provided by the train manager/guard on the train.
