Repeal Section 127 (1) of the 2003 Communications Act. Offence is not a crime.
The Communications Act states: (1) A person is guilty of an offence if he
(a) sends by means of a public electronic communications network a message or other matter that is GROSSLY OFFENSIVE or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.
Clearly, this is in breach of everybody's right to Freedom of Speech. Offence is an entirely subjective concept. For the state to be able to decide what is offensive, and then prosecute accordingly is tyrannical.
