Fair pay for all, Employers should only be paid 20x the wage of their lowest paid employee

Additional Information

As the rich and poor divide grows, the government should take action to insure that everyone receives a fair wage.A company is only ever a good as it workers and employers have a moral duty to reward their employees a FAIR share of the income they helped generate for their employers.

If employers could only pay themselves a figure based on their lowest paid employee minimum wage would grow naturally, employees would be less disheartened, more committed and loyal to their employers.

This should also include any bonuses paid by any company.

A FAIR DAYS PAY FOR A FAIR DAYS WORK...THE TRUE FAIRER BRITAIN!
