Winter fuel allowance

Additional Information

In view of the expected severe winter weather and forecasted high deaths of senior and vulnerable people, is it right to reduce the cold weather payment and not allow emergency payments to all senior citizens on basic pensions. We need government to reconsider before anyone dies.
