Stop all councils from using enforcement agencies, bailiffs and threats of court

Petition Details

Council tax and poverty don't mix! If you are unable to pay on time you will be put into debt by your council. Theres no communication with customers they pass your bill to enforcement agencies with added fees,threats of ballifs,court and jail. If you believe this shouldn't be happening please sign.
