Ban the use of plastic film wrappers that are not biodegradable.

Petition Details

Many plastic film wrappers such as those used when mailing magazines, are not biodegradable. Yet materials that could replace such wrappers are readily available. The existing wrappers cause, at the very least, an eye-sore when blown around our countryside. At the extreme they kill wild creatures.
