Change to make directors of Plc's more accountable
That directors of Public Limited Companies that are "Too Big to fail " are more accountable for the running of their companies and that companies requiring public money to keep operating do not pay compensation or enhanced pensions to directors responsible for their failure.
If a normal company fails to directors do not get redundancy or compensation, so why should directors of larger companies which fail.
