Stop the Football Association from selling Wembley Stadium to an overseas party.
Fulham owner Shahid Khan has reportedly made an offer, thought to be worth £900m, to buy Wembley Stadium from the Football Association.
We the people call on the UK Government to step in and prevent the sale of one of England's greatest historic sporting venues.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Any decision about selling Wembley Stadium is the responsibility of the Football Association, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could contact the FA directly about this issue:
http://www.thefa.com/about-football-association/contact-us
You could start a new petition to ask the UK Government to urge the FA not to sell Wembley Stadium.
